The City Mayor Vadim Boichenko meets with the People’s Deputy Oleg Lyashko

During his working visit to the capital, Mariupol Mayor Vadim Boichenko has met with People's Deputy of Ukraine Oleg Lyashko. The parties discussed projects that have already being implemented in the city with the support of the People's Deputy and considered the future development prospects of Mariupol.

Today, with the support of Oleg Lyashko, a modern kindergarten in Volonterovka, an updated Technical Lyceum and a social home for new Mariupol residents have appeared in the town. In addition, a number of projects are still underway. The reconstruction of kindergarten №117 in the Primorskiy district, the overhaul of school number 47 and the repair of the facade of the Center of artistic and aesthetic art are among them. Thanks to the support of People’s Deputy Oleg Lyashko, a total amount UAH 100 mln was allocated from the state budget.

Vadim Boichenko noted that the subvention, sent to the city from the state budget, was transformed into new projects.

‘Each of these projects improves the quality people’s lives. Today Mariupol is developing. But there are challenges ahead that should be addressed.Due to reliable partners and friends of the city, there is confidence that Mariupol will continue to develop,’
the Mayor stressed.

In his turn, Oleg Lyashko expressed confidence that the future of Ukraine is after such kind of cities like Mariupol. According to him, the government is obliged to do everything so that the Ukrainian cities have the maximum potential for effective development.
