The adviser to the Minister of Information Policy Vladimir Zhemchugov has visited Mariupol. The goal is to introduce students to the project "The Captives of the Kremlin". Today such a meeting has taken place at the Donetsk State University of Management.
The project is organized by the Ministry of Information Policy and it is aimed at the national-patriotic education of young people. It includes a presentation of the film and a meeting with the witness of the breakthrough events of 2014 - Hero of Ukraine Vladimir Zhemchugov.
‘The project consists of three parts. The first one is a presentation of the film, where one can hear the stories of eyewitnesses of the Crimean events of 2014. The second is my own story as a participant in the events in Donbass, where I tell about what I saw and survived. And the third is a lively conversation with students. The youth should know the truth’, he said.
Besides, thematic books were published as a part of the project. Mariupol students will receive them as gifts.
Except Donetsk State University of Administration, the organizers plan to hold meetings with other university students. In general, they have visited more than 20 higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
