This is a gift from the city of Prague to Mariupol. Its capacity is about a hundred passengers.
“Transport is being modernized on the basis of the Mariupol Trolleybus and Tram Administration public utility company of Mariupol City Council. Subsequently, it will be rolled on the Mariupol rails, and then the tram will be released on the line”, - Vitaliy Donev, the Chief of the Mariupol Trolleybus and Tram Administration public utility company, said.
The tram will be featured with a multifunctional information system, external sound equipment for people with disabilities, recorder, GPS navigation for line control, Wi-Fi equipment, monitors and CCTV cameras.
He will carry thousands of people daily. One more Czech tramcar is expected to arrive to Mariupol as a gift.
