About 60% of the city's housing stock consists of associations of co-owners of apartment buildings in Mariupol. The city Condominium Support Program helps active residents to change the state of their housing. It includes major repairs of roofs, engineering and electrical networks and the creation of a “Cozy yard”.

According to this program, residents can receive funding from the city budget to carry out house renovations. For example, in “Zelinskoho 21A” HOA, the roof was repaired as a constructive. More than UAH 700 000 were allocated for the work.

‘Our condominium was created in 2017. The driveway lighting, water supply networks have already been replaced in the house, a heat meter and plastic windows have been installed. Seeing the positive result, residents began to more actively participate in the improvement, take a responsible attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and comfort,’ the chairman of the condominiums Olexander Khalyavinsky said.
