During the working visit, the Minister for Temporary Occupied Territories and internally displaced people Vadim Chernysh together with the City Mayor Vadim Boichenko have met with local primary doctors. During the event Vadim Chernysh gave modern medical equipment to all the Centers of Primary Health Care that allows to analyze blood condition without cuts.

During the meeting, Vadim Chernysh noted that Mariupol is on the right way to develop medicine. It makes it innovative and modern because new equipment is purchased in the city's medical institutions and specialized experts study the experience of other countries.

‘Mastering new technologies, a person receives high-quality, fast, modern diagnostics and treatment. We need to develop this component of innovation because it is very important for every citizen,’
Vadim Chernysh stressed.

During the meeting, the Minister for Temporary Occupied Territories and internally displaced people handed over non-invasive (bloodless) hemogram analyzers. The average cost of one device is about USD 15 000. They will be used in the centers of primary health care.

The equipment allows to receive 131 parameters of vital activity of a human body without blood sampling. Measurements are made using five microprocessor sensors attached to the human body.

Vadim Boichenko appreciated Vadim Chernysh for supporting Mariupol at the national and international levels. The mayor noted that the city began to change, both in the sphere of housing and communal services, infrastructure development and medicine.

‘I want to express special gratitude to medical workers who have accepted the challenge and have taken the path of reform in a medical field. We must become benevolent in all the directions. And it should be felt by our community,’
the mayor stressed.
