In ‘Molodiozhnyi’ Palace of Culture a solemn event dedicated to the World Day for Labor Protection has been held. The best employees of the enterprises of Mariupol were awarded by the Mayor for his great contribution to the organization of state policy in the field of labor protection and industrial safety.
Deputy Mayor Sergei Zakharov came to congratulate the Mariupol residents: ‘Now we live in the industrialized world. We are surrounded by cars, machinery and other equipment that can be dangerous. At the same time, we should not forget that the main thing in industry is people. Their health is the most valuable thing the company has. Managers must create safe working conditions’.
Also the diplomas were given to the participants of the All-Ukrainian contest of drawings ‘Labor protection by children vision’. Its goal is to create in the younger generation a positive image of a working person, a safety culture and respect for work. Among participants from many cities of Ukraine, Mariupol children took the first and second places.
At the end of the concert, creative teams from ‘Molodezhnyi’ recreation center performed for the guests of the concert.
