At the All-Ukrainian HR-Brand Award, the project of Mariupol City Council M-SERVICE has won the Region nomination. M-SERVICE is a modern city service center, created to ensure the efficient functioning of educational institutions.
It has already significantly improved the quality of service. For example, instead of one day, emergency work is completed in 30-60 minutes. Unified, qualitatively new standards for washing and technical support of educational institutions have been established. At the same time, the city budget saves UAH 52.7 million per year. This money is redirected to repair kindergartens and schools. The result is that 90% of parents are satisfied with the service provided by preschool institutions.
The center is divided into sections for washing, service and cleaning, which work around the clock. It employs 50 qualified specialists. There are four auto repair shops. Modern equipment for cleaning and processing, washing machines were purchased. All employees were trained to work with special equipment.
“Sustainable development of education in Mariupol begins with care. This means that comfortable, modern and safe working and learning conditions are created for teachers and students. We have been participating in the Prize for the third year. Our past projects were aimed at creating a social elevator from school to the place of work and modernizing the work of municipal utilities in the city. The goal of today's project is to create new opportunities for the development and upbringing of children, ” Deputy Mayor Olena Paramonova said.
Today 142 preschool and school institutions are attended by more than 50 thousand children. They are brought up and trained by nearly four thousand teachers.
