The holiday to the Day of metallurgist and miner is in full swing. In the Theater Square, residents and guests of the city waited for a diverse program of the family festival. Master classes for children, face-art, competitions, a show of soap bubbles, a driving concert - all this started the holiday in Mariupol.
Creative workshops, where everyone did something to their liking: a bag, a flashlight or even a soft doll of their own production were organized for the children. One of the most popular entertainment was the forging of commemorative coins from real blacksmiths. Anyone could tell a poem or congratulate metallurgists on their professional holiday and get a souvenir just forged as a keepsake.
On the stage at the fountain, everyone had the opportunity to try singing at karaoke competition and, thanks to the audience sympathies, win prizes. There is also a fair food court with goodies for the celebration.
At 6 p.m. a large-scale gala concert was started at the Theater Square. Famous Ukrainian singer Natalia Mogilevskaya, the Romanian group Fly Project and the French disco duet Ottawan congratulated Mariupol residents.
