Today in Kiev, the results of “HR Brand Ukraine 2019 Award: Innovation, Trends and Best Employer Solutions” have been summed up. Mariupol won the “Youth Retention in the Region” program in four categories: “The State as an Employer”, “Best in the Region”, “Nominees Choice” and Ukrtelecom’s special nomination “Overcome stereotypes”. The awards were received by Mayor Vadym Boichenko.
‘This victory of Mariupol shows that our city is developing in the right direction. We invest in the future - in our youth. Building a city of new opportunities, developing infrastructure, improving the quality of life, creating “career lifts” - we are doing everything so that our youth stays in the city and works for the benefit of Mariupol and Ukraine,’ Vadym Boichenko said.
At the competition “HR-Brand Ukraine 2019 Award”, more than 40 cases in four categories were presented. It presented the best practices from the field of human resources management, motivation and personnel.
