During XXXVII session of Mariupol City Council of the VII convocation, the deputies have inserted the corrections and the addendum to the decision of the City Council dated by 15.12.2017 № 7 / 24-2316 ‘About the city budget, Mariupol, 2018’.
In the draft decision, the emendation into the revenue of the budget for 2018 according to the results of the budget fulfillment for 9 months has been foreseen. Thus, the flow of revenue from January to September of the current year is UAH 3 bln 629 mln. UAH 1 bln 934 mln 49 000 is its own property of the general fund, UAH 1 bln 446 mln is an income of the income tax and UAH 1 bln 564 mln is transfers.
Taking into account the specification, the projected volume of the general fund was UAH 4 bln 813 mln for 2018. A projected revenue of the general fund was UAH 4 bln 813 mln. The rise of the revenue was effected by means of the rise of the income tax, a single tax, getting a per cent for the distribution of cleared funds for the deposit, the tax for real estate and subventions.
‘Medical subvention was got yesterday at the amount of UAH 5 mln 781 000. It was intended to treat patients with chronic renal disease guided by hemodialysis’, the director of Financial Department Yekaterina Kalenik specified during the report.
With due regard to the specification, the expenses will be UAH 5 bln 547 000. The credit from international organization IFC for the realization of ‘The renewal of the bus depot of Mariupol’ project is taken into account at the sum of UAH 393 mln 635 000.
The draft decision additionally suggests to send UAH 35 mln 339 000 to the social field. UAH 7.5 mln will be directed to purchase the computerized tomograph for the X-ray technicians for the city hospital №1 (the total cost of the equipment is UAH 25 mln). UAH 4 mln 768 000 is a help for purchasing of solid fuel. The rest sum has been directed to provide payment of the salary to the workers of the educational establishments and the deficiency payment of educational subvention.
UAH 26 mln 120 000 is planned to be directed to solve the tasks in the field of housing and utility infrastructure and transport. Particularily, UAH 12 mln 700 000 have been allocated to realize ‘Purchase of residential property for internally displaced persons’ program (co-funding with the region), UAH 11 mln 290 000 have been allocated to rise the salary of the key professions at the enterprises of Mariupol Tram and Trolley-Bus Company and ‘Mariupolavtodor’, UAH 2 mln 130 000 is directed to realize the investment project of ‘Gorvodokanal’.
He also told about the performed work concerning the accommodation of new Mariupol residents and the development of medicine in the city.
