According to him, the HOA support program in Mariupol is very successful and effective. It motivates residents to move into associations. They get the implementation of two structures, two mini-projects and the “Cozy Yard”. For example, next year, according to the HOA support program, they plan to repair 60 roofs and perform 27 overhauls of engineering networks.
It is worth noting that support for HOA is not limited to the amount of UAH 100 mln. Financing will be directed as part of the creation of "Cozy Yards" and the implementation of a block of mini-projects. Thus, the amount of support of HOAs for 2020 is about UAH 250 mln.
In the continuation of the development of the housing stock in 2020, it is planned to allocate more than UAH 30 million to repair roofs and facades of houses around the drama theater. Under the program ‘House Repair Works to Strengthen Structures’, they plan to cover eight residential buildings.
About 20 million UAH is proposed to be spent on a program of overhaul repairs of elevators. Within its framework, it is planned to replace 15 and overhaul 11 elevator facilities.
