According to preliminary statistics of the project ‘Transparent cities’ Transparency International Ukraine, Mariupol ranks first. Our city is ahead of the Dnieper, Odessa, Uzhgorod, Ternopil and Chernivtsi.
According to the analysis of a number of indicators, Mariupol is gaining 87.5 points. For comparison, Dnieper takes 78.7 and Odessa - 57.9 points. Mariupol indicators increased by more than 10 points this year.
It should be noted that the goal of the project ‘Transparent cities’ of the international anti-corruption network of Transparency International is to overcome corruption in local self-government bodies and to observe the best practices in transparency and accountability.
