The territorial community of Mariupol has been given a mobile center for the provision of administrative services. The mobile Center of Administrative Services will allow more than 46 thousand residents of remote settlements to receive the services of specialists within walking distance. This became possible due to the support of the Government of Canada and the cooperation of the city with the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine. Mayor Vadym Boichenko, together with the first visitors, toured the center.
‘In Mariupol, “City without suburbs” program is being implemented. Its task is to bring the service closer to everyone. Today, administrative and social services have become more accessible. To make this possible, we offered international partners and the regional administration to open a mobile Center of Administrative Services in the city. For this, the main criterion was fulfilled - they became the most transparent city in Ukraine. The next stage is the launch of a mobile outpatient diagnostic center’, Vadym Boichenko said.
The mobile Center of Administrative Services is designed for four workplaces. It is fully equipped with the necessary technology. A self-service terminal was installed on site. Accessibility elements are provided, for example, an elevator for people with disabilities.
Residents of Pokrovskoye and Berdyanskoye village councils traveled more than 14 km to get advice at the stationary Center of Administrative Services in Mangush. It will be possible to get 436 services now in the office "on wheels", including administrative, social and pension fund services. Opening hours: from 9:00 to 16:00.
At the first stage, the bus will come to Berdyanskoye village, Pokrovskoye village and Satry Crym village three times a week. The schedule is planned to be flexible, depending on the requests of citizens. Applications for services will be accepted locally in the departments for work with territorial communities. The second stage will be implemented in December. Trips to Mirnoye village, Ukraine village and Volonterovka will be organized. The third stage is scheduled for early 2022. They will arrange parking for the bus with Center of Administrative Services in Priazovskoye, Vinogradnoye and Moryakov villages.
