The rink in the Theater Square has been visited by 30 thousand Mariupol residents for three weeks. According to the head of ‘Azovets’ city sports complex Nikolay Sarychev, this figure has already exceeded the number of visitors for the previous two seasons in 2018 and 2019.
‘Up to two hundred people can be taken by a new skating rink in one session. Besides, the visitors are inspired by the romantic atmosphere of the skating rink and its illumination design. They note the convenience of the indoor tent for changing figure skates,’Nikolai Sarychev said.
He also noted that the changes to the schedule of the rink have been made since 6th of January. Now the visitors come in the daytime and in the evening. Thus, two afternoon sessions last for 50 minutes, the rest for 40. The first call starts at nine in the morning and the last one at 21:20.
