Deputy Mayor Ksenia Sukhova has held a personal reception of citizens. Mariupol residents sought help in solving social problems. They concerned the provision of material assistance, assistance in solving household difficulties and recalculation of insurance premiums.
Thus, pensioner Anatoly Yakovich came to the reception accompanied by a social worker. The man said that he needed material assistance for domestic needs. According to Andrei Rempel, director of the department of social protection of the population, Anatoly concluded a hereditary contract with the department of assets and has the right to replace the failed equipment. Ksenia Sukhova ordered to take the issue of amending this provision under control.
‘We will definitely assist in solving the current situation. Responsible units will consider the issue at the commission, we will solve the problem as quickly as possible,’ Ksenia Sukhova said.
Older Mariupol women also asked for assistance in providing financial assistance for improving their health. Pensioners explained the conditions for its receipt.
Employees of the dental clinic 4 came up with a question on the recalculation of insurance contributions to the pension fund. They asked to show maximum attention to their problem.
