Ten Mariupol citizens made an appointment to Kseniya Sukhova, the Deputy Mayor, in advance. Issues concerned the preparation of subsidies, medical care, job placement and housing problems of migrants. Each issue has been worked out in detail, and specialized professionals have been given appropriate instructions.
The family from Amvrosievka has been living in Mariupol since 2014. At the moment they are in a difficult real-life situation, they were deprived of home. Also, the family takes care over the father of a husband who had been working as a mentor in a boarding school for all his life. According to relatives, grandfather has problems with health.
The family did not find out any solution of this problem by its own, therefore they came to the reception of Kseniya Sukhova, the Deputy Mayor. They asked her to help them with housing problem and treatment of grandfather.
Specialized professionals recommended them to get in the social line. At the moment, there are places in the social dormitory and you need only to arrange relevant documents. As for the treatment of a pensioner, the Deputy Head advised to address to the geriatric department, where medical staff will take care of him.
“We have repeatedly encountered such problems. We understand that internally displaced persons have difficulties, therefore we try to find a way out of all situations”, - Kseniya Sukhova underlined during reception.
