Since April 26 to May 1, Mariupol will have been waiting for the GOGOLFEST STARTUP festival of modern art. It is going to be held in the city for the second year. Its rich program promises to give the residents and the guests of Mariupol enchanting emotions.
GOGOLFEST unites various programs: theatrical, musical, literary, educational, visual, cinematographic and children's. The festival will be held at 6 locations. Entry will be free to such directions and locations:
- Alternative music program at the Central Stage (City Garden)
- Visual program (TY platform, central part of the city)
- Literary and educational program (creative spaces of the city - in particular, ‘Vezha’ creative space)
The participation in the festival has already been confirmed: British synthpop Monarchy, the top electronic rock band from Denmark, the Blue Foundation, the British instrumental group from London RED SNAPPER OFFICIAL BAND, Ukrainian rap singer AlyonaAlyona, and Jamala, Dakh Daughters, Sergey Babkin, Latexfauna , YUKO, Detach, BAHROMA, Carmen Group, Vova Zi Lvova and Yura Samovilov. All these performers will perform at free locations.

It should be noted that GOGOLFEST is an international multidisciplinary festival of contemporary art. Now GOGOLFEST is changing the concept and launching local cultural festivals of international level throughout the country. The festival helps the city of Mariupol to become the cultural and tourist center of Ukraine.
The Gogolfest Startup is carried out as part of the ‘Public Confidence Building (UCBI II)’ project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
