Comprehensive modernization of educational institutions is underway in Mariupol. Along with the implementation of local programs to improve the infrastructure of schools and kindergartens, major repairs are underway. The active work of the municipality is aimed at attracting investment. Thus, one of the demonstration projects is the capital reconstruction of a preschool educational institution № 110. The source of non-repayable investments, which is about UAH 60 million, is the European Investment Bank.

Mayor Vadym Boichenko stressed that the implementation of this project is not only a new opportunity for Mariupol children, but also an indicator of openness and transparency of the government to the community.

To attract investment from European partners, we regularly work to increase budget transparency. This kindergarten is one of the oldest in the city. Reconstruction will not only improve the conditions for children, but also increase the capacity of the kindergarten,
Vadym Boichenko noted.

Kindergarten № 110 was built 57 years ago. Since then, the institution has not seen repairs. Before the reconstruction, a complete visualization of the object was created. After design and tender procedures, the work began.

After the modernization, the garden will have a modern gym, music hall and functional spaces for clubs. As part of improving energy efficiency, the group's institutions will be equipped with LED lighting.

An individual heating point will also be installed. It is worth noting that these solutions will save about 50% of budget funds to ensure the operation of the garden annually.
