We create front offices based on the "single window" principle. The first center of service provision in the Donetsk region was opened with the President of Ukraine, and he called it the best center of the East. It handled 220 thousand customers for a year and a half. It received 90% positive reviews. We are building a multicenter. It will combine 190 types of administrative services, a pension fund and social services office. This will be the largest front office in Ukraine,
Vadym Boichenko, the Mayor of Mariupol, commented at the conference.

Mariupol operates in the Prozorro system, and holds the leading positions in procurement and economy. It resulted in more than 30 thousand of performed procedures and almost 250 million UAH of net savings. The city has joined platforms such as: an open budget, a social inspector and electronic petitions.

“What do these figures mean for the residents? The answer is new public transport, major repairs in schools and hospitals”, - the mayor noted.
