The social project “Active parks – locations for healthy Ukraine” will be realized in Veselka Park in Mariupol. This is a program that is initiated by the President of Ukraine in 2021. The goal of the project is to make sport affordable for the citizens and attract different groups of the population to the healthy motor activity in the places of mass recreation.
“The aforementioned parks must have six necessary elements of infrastructure: “wall-mounted ladder”, chin-up bars/gymnastic bars, bench for dynamic exercises and free space for creation of the strobe. Each of these elements will be marked with QR-code with the possibility to follow a website with video-courses. Our park matches the criteria after reconstruction,” the head of the division of youth and sports Olexiy Kazantsev.
The complex of developed exercises within the framework of the project provides for several levels of difficulties while exercising: general endurance, energy, legerity, coordination, flexibility and speed.
The project will let everybody to do sports with the help of online exercises any day and time of a day.
