There will be a “Steel house”, overlooking the sea in Cheriomushki microdistrict. There are no analogues in Ukraine. A new approach to the construction of the “steel house” will be accepted, it is a steel frame. Its building footing was laid in autumn last year. The works are continued at the moment.
The project of construction is developed by Metinvest Group with the participation of the winners of the contest of young architects “Steel Freedom Architecture Festival”. Two-section apartment building for 8 floors is started to be built. This decision lets to shorten the time limits of the object and decrease the cost of the construction.
“According to the project, 120 families will get affordable housing. The works of the improvement of excavation and piling field were held and the sewage collector was carried. The technologies that are used in the construction of the building is pile foundation. The frame of the building is made from steel construction and the construction of external walls and party walls are made from gas concrete blocks,” Serhiy Zakharov, deputy mayor informed.
