The solemn event has been held in ‘Molodiozhnyi’ Palace of Culture .All those who dedicated their lives to helping people gathered in the palace hall. The Deputy Mayor Sergey Zakharov appreciated the most active and dedicated volunteers.
‘First of all, a humanitarian is a person with a big kind heart. The first thing for them is to help other people and such kind of people is real. Today, to be a humanitarian is to help the weak, children, orphans, the military, immigrants and animals. Volunteers are united by the desire to give a piece of good to everyone. I would like to express my gratitude and bow deeply to all the volunteers. The events of 2014 showed that we would not be able to stand, to keep our freedom and recover so quickly, both in Mariupol and in the east of Ukraine without humanitarians. Let the good that you give to people is doubly returned to you, ‘ Sergey Zakharov said.
It is noteworthy that there are a lot of young people among the volunteers of Mariupol. Boys and girls are actively involved in the development of their hometown. At the end of the event, the humanitarians were awarded due to the mayor.
The humanitarians also received congratulations from the representatives of the Donetsk border detachment of the Eastern Regional Department of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
