10 young scientists from Mariupol became winners of the Academy of Sciences and received Presidential scholarships

The plenary session of the city council session has begun with awards and greetings. Mayor Vadym Boichenko awarded young people from Mariupol who became the winners of the third stage of the all-Ukrainian competition of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. There are 10 of them in total, two of them have become prize winners of the scholarship of the President of Ukraine.

‘It is gratifying that our children have reached such heights in various fields of research and work. Our investment in supporting gifted children, which we received here in the session hall, has taken a step forward. We are proud of the youth of our city’,
Vadym Boichenko noted.

The Mayor gave diplomas of the Small Academy of Sciences of the first, second and third degrees, as well as diplomas of winners of the scholarship of the President of Ukraine to young scientists. The winners of the competition are students and graduates of schools No. 5, No. 14 and Mariupol Technical Lyceum.
