Mayor Vadim Boichenko has visited ‘Cozy Yards’ located at the addresses of 8 Khmelnitsky Blvd., 10/6 Bahchivandzhi Str. and 14 Bahchivandzhi. This year, more than UAH 200 million were allocated to support the development of Associations of co-owners of apartment buildings and more than UAH 80 million were allocated to ‘Cosy Yards’.

The Mayor noted, due to HOAs, the matrix of Mariupol is transformed.

‘The main thing is your involvement, support and gratitude. I want our children to see the changes that are happening in the city, starting with their own yard. So that they believe in Mariupol and associate their future with it’,
the Mayor said.

Due to the financial support of Metinvest Group, which allocated more than UAH 1 million, modern ‘Cosy Yards’ appeared in these courtyards. Now you can see green areas, playgrounds, new benches and asphalt tracks.

In addition, by joining of the house at 14 Bahchivandzhi Str. to HOA, the work to strengthen the supporting structures began. Its funding amounted to more than UAH 4 million. It is planned to finish the work in September this year.

‘For a long time, the basement in the house was flooded. The result was a displacement of the ground. But due to the HOA support program, we were able to start a major overhaul,’ the HOA chairman, Irina Slepova said.

Vadim Boichenko handed the HOA support passport to the chairmen. It outlines the joint plans of the city and association for five years.
