There is an accomplishment of cozy yards near the houses of condominium association in 8 and 6 Khmelnitskiy Ave. and 10/6 Bahchivandzhi Str. The work is currently under way to end the pavement covering an area of 1,851 m2. The dismantling of old curbs has already been completed and 728 meters of new curbstone have been installed. The cost of work is about UAH 800 000.
‘Avtodor ‘ has ambitious goals for this year. It is to make 106 households of condominium associations. They made 40 in the past. Landscaping of 22 households of condominium associations has been completed. The amount of investments for pavement of ‘Cozy Courtyards’ will be UAH 77.8 million. Financing refers to the repair of roads of the second category.
Houses of condominium associations on 8 Khmelnitskiy Ave. and 10/6 Bakhchivandzhi Str. moved to HOA last year. During the time of independent existence, plastic windows and doors were installed in the entrances.
‘As a result, it turned out that the house is warm in winter and cool in the summer’, Bubnov Sergey, the chairman of HOA said.
He also noted that the roof was repaired as a construction material in the house. LED lighting of the porches and streets was installed due to the program of mini-projects. Lamps do not burn constantly, they are with motion sensors. Street lighting automatically turns on with the onset of twilight and is turned off at dawn. Two-rate meters are installed in the house. This allowed to reduce the cost of electricity from UAH 500 per month to UAH 111 for five entrances. The heating system valve and sewage system are also changed in the house.
