Residents of HOA Azovstalska 93 and 91 now spend their leisure time in the Cozy Yard. Due to the city's  HOA support program, shops, a gazebo and a children's town have appeared on their territory and the houses have been overhauled. The total amount of support is more than UAH 5 million. To strengthen cooperation between the municipality and residents, Mayor Vadym Boichenko signed a memorandum with the chairmen of the co-owners' associations.

“The essence of creating HOAs is to give residents the opportunity to choose which constructions should be made in their house. Determine the importance and priority of work. Sharing responsibility with the city, Mariupol residents are changing their attitude to the housing stock. Together we are modernizing Mariupol. Our children see these changes. That's how we make Mariupol a city you want to live in”,

- Vadym Boichenko emphasized.

According to the chairman of HOA Azovstalska, 93, Oleg Ovcharenko, previously the residents of the house did not think that their yard could be so cozy and modern: We were landscaped by the house site, the road was asphalted, the footpaths were paved with the tiles.  "Workout” sports complex , carpet and pergola were installed there. A lot of work has already been done, but there are plans to make our home even more comfortable and safer”.

The house at 91 Azovstalska Street was converted to HOA in 2016. During this time, an expert inspection of elevators was carried out, heat supply engineering networks were overhauled and mini-projects were implemented to replace window blocks in the entrances.

To date, 197 condominiums have been registered in the Levoberezhny district of Mariupol.
