Cozy yards are continued to be created in Mariupol. Now, the residents of ‘Krok-104’ HOA and ‘Almaz-106’ HOA, located in the 22nd microdistrict, have it. There are modern swings, playground for children and landscaped area. Mayor Vadim Boichenko and city council deputy Sergei Magera came to find out how the residents live there.

‘Thanks for the support. Now we can put our houses in order. We have already used two mini-projects - we conducted the wiring and installed energy-saving lamps. They took advantage of "warm loans", - the chairman of the association Alexey Piven shared his joy.
In turn, Vadim Boichenko noted that the project to create condominiums demonstrates the changes that are occurring in Mariupol. He thanked residents for their support and cooperation.
Vadim Boichenko and the chairman of HOA signed a memorandum. It outlines the joint plans of the city and association for five years.
It is worth noting that in Mariupol more than 40% of the housing stock of the city is located in condominiums. This year more than UAH 200 million were allocated for their support. The plans are to carry out 101 major repairs, implement 188 mini-projects and create 102 ‘cozy courtyards’.
