The overhaul of the children's dispensary located on the basis of the Primary Health Care Center No. 3 is being continued in Mariupol. The cost of the facility is almost UAH 23 million from the city budget. Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boichenko inspected the process of the work.
The repair works in the building started in July 2019. Now there is a facade repair, roofing with insulation, interior repair and replacement of utility networks. Conditions are created for children with disabilities.
‘The main entrance was in disrepair. The building was in poor condition. Today, due to the initiative of the Mayor and the municipality, major repairs are being made. All employees and patients are very grateful for this,’ Alexander Lazarenko, the head physician of the Central Medical and Pedagogical Center No. 3 said.
According to the deputy mayor Ksenia Sukhova, there used to be a general outpatient clinic together with a diagnostic center in the building. Now about 12 thousand children are served here.
‘The primary link is the key. Almost every Mariupol resident visits a family doctor once a year. The repair works are another step towards providing quality services to our people, ‘Ksenia Sukhova said.
