At the session of the city council, a draft decision has been approved on changes to the regulation of ‘Public budget’ program. They touched the main directions. The report was made by the head of the tender department of the City Council, Alexander Buraga.
Thus, when submitting small and large projects under ‘Participation Budgets’ program, the applicant does not take into account the cost of design and estimate documentation.
‘Now, at least UAH 7 million will be allocated to the projects of ‘Participation Budgets’, Alexander Buraga said.
The submission of deadlines of projects was changed from May 1 to June 30. Time is increased for more detailed study and analysis of proposals by specialized experts.
You can vote for projects using electronic signatures or through the Administrative Services Center. Within 21 days. The evaluation criteria have changed, now the priority is given to applications with the highest number of votes. In order to attract the public, criteria have been established - in small projects - from 50 votes, in large projects - 100.
The deadline for submission of projects is postponed in ‘Parent Fund’ program. You can submit projects from September 1 to April 30.
