The construction of Ukraine’s largest ‘Multicenter’ continues in Levoberezhnyi District. Its total cost is over UAH 95 million. The object is financed at the expense of the city and regional budgets. In addition, the project is supported by USAID and Metinvest Group, which allocated more than UAH 20 million. City Mayor Vadim Boichenko checked the construction process.
At the moment, dismantling works, installation of floors, interior walls and stairs are fully completed. Work continues on the installation of roof covering, internal engineering communications and facade insulation.
A feature of the project will be an observation deck, which will be located on the roof of the center. There will be a cafe and a recreation area. In addition, the center will be made accessible to people with disabilities. They can go up to the roof with the help of an elevator.
In addition to the reconstruction of the building, works are being carried out on the improvement of the adjacent territory. There will be a modern fountain and green area.
According to the Mayor, the Multicenter is the result of systematic work aimed at the openness and transparency of the city.
It should be noted that the center for the provision of administrative services, the department for state registration of civil status acts, the department for receiving utility bills, the department for social protection of the population, Levoberezhniy Pension Fund and the bank’s cash offices are planned to be located in the future building of the Multicenter. In addition, the center will provide about 120 new jobs.
