A modern recreation area for Mariupol families and tourists will be located in the Primorsky district. As mayor Vadym Boichenko noted, this became possible with the support of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. Anchor alley and urban park will become new magnets. Relevant information boards have already been installed.
“Each district of Mariupol should be self-sufficient - with its own modern and comfortable recreation area. We have already updated the parks in the Central and Left Bank districts and continue. Due to the support of the President of Ukraine, the Primorsky Park will be restarted,” Vadym Boichenko said.
This year we will start working on projects. Urban Park will become a magnet for active leisure. It is planned that various sports locations will be located here, which will encourage people to engage in a healthy lifestyle. This project is being implemented with the support of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
"Anchor Alley" It will be done in an open space format. There will be art objects on it. The project will include the renovation of the television tower into a bright element of the urban space. At the same time, part of the location is planned to be repaired by utility companies - Avtodor, Zelenstroy, Gorsvet. They will lay tiles, curbs, asphalt, so that later they can start large-scale work. The project is currently under development.
According to Mayor Vadym Boichenko, now a "tourist triangle" is being formed in Mariupol. It will include objects planned for reconstruction. These are Khmelnitsky Boulevard, Anchor Alley, Urban Park, the central embankment, the end of the pier. As Vadym Boichenko notes, the President of Ukraine set the task of creating a modern embankment in Mariupol. This project is ready to be financed by the state.
“We do everything to make the city beautiful, bright and attractive not only for our residents, but for the whole of Ukraine. This is why we are developing Mariupol,” Vadim Boychenko emphasized.
