The direction of the work that is headed by the First Deputy of the City Mayor:

•  Housing and utilities infrastructure.

The structural subdivisions which are in the responsibility of the First Deputy Mayor:

• Department for the Development of Housing and Communal Infrastructure of the City Council and subordinate utilities;
• Emergency and diving service of the City Council.

In case of absence of the Deputy Mayor for executive bodies of the City Council of the board, Zakharov Sergey  performs his duties.
