The Molodizhnyi Palace of Culture hosted a solemn concert devoted to the celebration of the 26th anniversary of the Ukraine Armed Forces Day. Yaroslav Khotnyanskyi, the Deputy Mayor, greeted the heroes who courageously carried the service and defend Ukrainian borders.
The main part of event was dedicated to the award ceremony. Specialists of the army, officers, military doctors and nurses and many others who carry out their duties during the bearing of service courageously and professionally were greeted in solemn atmosphere.
“Military officer is not an occupation, but a lifetime mission. You protect your family, city and country. We thank you for it. And I ask the command to take care of Ukrainian soldier. Thanks to their courage, our Ukraine is developing, and we live in a peaceful Ukrainian city”, - Yaroslav Khotnyanskyi emphasized.
The songs written by Mariupol people were performed for soldiers. Also there were choreographic and vocal numbers.
