Since the morning the rhymes and music of the war years have been heard in the hospital 9 in the geriatric ward. The bands of the city prepared their performance for the veterans. Vadim Boichenko also came to congratulate the veterans in the specialized unit.
Dear veterans! You are a generation of very wise and strong people. You stood out in that war and gave us peace. Today we live thanks to you. But often we forget what happened after that war – it was starvation and devastation. You have reconstructed and built everything that we have today. They are houses, schools, kindergartens, roads, etc. All this you have done for us, our children and grandchildren
At the end of the meeting the mayor presented gifts and flowers to all veterans.
It is worth noting that a unit for veterans of war has been created in the geriatric ward. The rooms have been renovated, showers have been made and a library has been created here. There is full provision of food and medicine.
