‘Cozy Yards’ have been still opened in Mariupol. Another two of them, in 36, Hondy Street and 5a, Kotsyubynskyi Street, became more comfortable. Vadym Boichenko, the Mayor, got acquainted with the works performed.

Two more houses received well organized yards from the city with entering the condominium. Now they have cozy arbors, benches, children's and sports grounds, parking spaces and beautiful flowerbeds.

123, 5 million UAH were allocated by the city for the maintenance of condominiums. We are renovating 106 yards. We repair 40 roofs, 13 utility networks and 9 electrical networks
Vadym Boichenko said

The residents of the houses themselves note that because of their entrance into condominiums, they became more friendly and engaged all together in creation of a coziness both in the houses and around the yard - planting flowers, arranging the entrances, keeping the yard clean. And the children also thank the Mayor for the children's and sports grounds created, thanks to which they can spend time with their friends near the house.

“We make the whole Mariupol more comfortable with the opening of ‘Cozy Yards’. Through the condominium residents are involved in the process of the city life. We have formed responsible and, most importantly, an active community in the yard that shared with us the responsibility for the state of the housing stock”, - said Vadym Boichenko.
